How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Delivery within the European Union usually takes 3–6 business days, and international transit times depend on the destination and any customs processing. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes required by their country, and every shipment includes tracking information once dispatched.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Email [email protected] with your order number to obtain return instructions and an RMA reference. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once we inspect the returned product we process refunds to the original payment method within 14 days, and hardware remains covered by our one-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

How do I update my tracker's firmware?

Firmware updates are distributed through official Motion Haptics downloads and documentation. Only install firmware that we provide for your exact hardware, follow the steps in the release notes, and never load MHT firmware onto non-MHT devices.
